Roast turkey – roasted with oil, salt and butter then sliced Allergens: milk
Roast potatoes – potatoes boiled, sealed in oil butter and rosemary and then roasted
Carrots & parsnips – firstly steamed and then roasted in oil and salt
Brussel sprouts – lightly steamed
Red cabbage – cooked with sugar and reduced red wine Allergens: sulphites
Yorkshire pudding – flour, eggs and milk mixed, cooked in oil Allergens: gluten, eggs
Gravy – beef bone stock with celery cooked low and slow and thickened Allergens: celery
Cranberry sauce – Allergens: sulphites
White bean & mushroom pithivier – white bean, mushroom, onion and sage mix baked in a gluten-free pastry until golden brown
Mushroom gravy – vegan stock reduced and thickened with pulped mushrooms
Cauliflower cheese – cheese sauce made with flour, milk and cheese baked with steamed cauliflower Allergens: gluten, milk
Pigs in blankets – sausages wrapped in streaky bacon and roasted Allergens: gluten
Cranberry & apricot stuffing – sausage meat cooked with onions, sage, apricots and cranberries. Allergens: gluten, sulphites
